You no longer need to live with embarrassing, unattractive tattoos. State of the art laser technology now makes it possible to virtually erase them.

Lasers produce results far superior to previous methods of tattoo removal. The most advanced of these lasers is the Medlite C6, a Q-switched Nd:YAG laser that uses the energy of light to remove tattoos and dark pigmented lesions.

The Medlite C6 laser not only treats the full spectrum of colors found in tattoos, but also produces faster results with fewer complications than any other laser. The Medlite C6 laser uses a high intensity wavelength of light, pulsed for a very short duration to break up tattoo ink into microscopic particles that are eliminated through the body’s immune system.

The number of treatments required is determined by the type, amount and skin depth of the tattoo’s inks. An additional factor is whether the tattoo is homemade or professional. A professional tattoo artist typically uses more ink and penetrates the ink more deeply within the skin. Therefore, professionally applied tattoos are more difficult to remove.

Treatments are spaced about six to eight weeks apart.
